Packing and Shipping

All orders are prepared within 2 business days (from Monday to Friday) from the order date. Shipment usually takes 5-7 business days but may more time to arrive, depending on various international postal services or pandemic-related delays.
The orders are all shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number is provided by e-mail for international shipping. Please make sure you have provided a valid e-mail during your purchase. Please check your spam/junk e-mail folder. The prints are shipped in reinforced packaging.

Pick-Up

If you live in the Paris area and would like to pick up your original artwork rather than shipping, please email me at ppandit07@gmail.com. Pick-up is not possible for prints or t-shirts because we use a third-party printing service.

Rates

For simplicity, we have a flat shipping rate of 10€.

Exchanges and Returns

All sales are final. Exchanges and returns are not possible. If your product arrives damaged or with defects in the mail, please email ppandit07@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will try our best to replace the product.
